1. Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
2. Product Inspection
Customers are advised to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, it should be reported immediately upon receipt.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with valid proof such as photos or videos.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Products that show signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed accordingly.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued in cash or through the same method used at the time of delivery, as applicable. No other refund methods are available.
7. Exchange Option
In eligible cases, an exchange may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
8. Processing Time
Refunds or exchanges will be completed within a reasonable time after approval and product inspection.
